I agree. Culture cannot be learned except through experiencing it. Or maybe, it can be taught but it cannot be truly understood except through social interaction.
I don't necessarily agree, yes most of the culture you learn is through experience but also you could learn culture by meeting people from different cultures or even spending time at different countries where you can pick up slowly peoples cultures and traditions.
